A designed process, not open-ended consulting

Every engagement follows the same five phases. Nothing about how we work is improvised.

Workspace Logic works through a single method, applied consistently to every engagement: Discovery, Blueprint, Build, Handover, and Evolution. Each phase has a clear purpose and a clear end point. You always know what phase you're in and what happens next.

1. Discovery

Every engagement starts with a conversation, not a proposal. We look at how your organization actually works today: the tools already in use, where they help, where they create friction, and where AI could fit, whether it's already part of how you work or not yet at all. Discovery produces a shared, honest picture of your current environment before anything is designed.

2. Blueprint

Using what Discovery surfaced, we design the workspace itself: the structure, governance, and habits that will make your AI usage coherent instead of fragmented. The Blueprint is the plan, reviewed and agreed with you, before anything is built.

3. Build

We implement the Blueprint. This is where structure becomes something real: the workspace you'll actually use, built around how your people already work rather than how a tool vendor imagines they should.

4. Handover

You receive a workspace you own outright, not one you depend on us to operate. Handover means you understand what was built, why, and how to maintain it yourselves.

5. Evolution

A workspace isn't finished the day it's delivered. As your organization changes, the workspace should too. Evolution is how we keep it aligned with how you actually work, without creating a dependency neither of us wants.

What this doesn't include

Tool-agnostic by default

We have no commercial relationship with any AI vendor or platform. When a third-party tool fits, we'll say so. We're not selling you ours instead.

Start a Discovery conversation.

Discovery is the first of these five phases — the natural place to begin, not a commitment beyond it.
