A first conversation usually runs an hour to ninety minutes. There's nothing to prepare. You already know your own business, and that's all we need to start.
This first conversation is free and commits you to nothing. We look together at whether Workspace Logic fits what you need, and whether Discovery is the right next step for you. Nothing is produced and nothing is designed. Tell us a bit about your company and what's prompting you to look at this now, and we'll find a time to talk. Wherever you're starting from, even if you've never used AI at all, this is the right first step.
If you then decide to go on, Discovery starts. That is the first paid phase, €1,500, a fixed fee over a bounded period. That rate applies once we are able to enter into paid engagements, as set out below. We map how you work today, and deliver the Discovery Report. After that you decide again whether to take the next step.
Who you would be dealing with
Workspace Logic B.V. was registered in the Dutch Trade Register of the Chamber of Commerce on 4 September 2026 under Chamber of Commerce number 42156427. We are not currently entering into paid engagements or issuing invoices.
We would rather tell you that than have you ask. We have no general telephone number. If you choose telephone in the form, we will call you.
Workspace Logic is young and founder-led, so we only take on a few projects at a time. If we can't start right away, we'll tell you straight instead of leaving you waiting.
Whatever you put in this form is used to reply to you and to work out whether a conversation makes sense. We don't sell it and don't pass it to anyone to use for their own purposes. What we ask for, and who handles it along the way, is on our privacy page.

Maybe you're stuck carrying work between your own systems yourself, or you're just not sure where to start. Either way, a sentence or two is enough. Want a video call? Suggest a day and time and we'll work around it.
What happens after you send this:
- We reply. We read every message personally. The timing we work to is at the end of this page.
- We agree a time and talk. This first conversation costs you nothing, and there is nothing for you to prepare.
- You choose whether to go on. If you do, Discovery starts and the fixed fee above applies. If you don't, it ends there and you owe nothing.
- We go through how you work, in depth. Discovery begins with a working session of its own, going further than the first conversation.
- You get it in writing. A written record of that session, so you can check we heard you correctly before anyone builds on it.
- We ask what is still open. If anything is genuinely unclear, we come back with a few questions, and we tell you why each one matters.
- You get the Discovery Report. Our understanding of your situation, with the specific points we need you to confirm or correct.
- You decide again. Whether to go on to a Blueprint is your call, and stopping here is a real option. What you already have is yours either way.
We hold ourselves to internal expectations for how long each of these steps should take, and we will tell you if something is going to run longer. They are working expectations rather than guarantees, and we would rather say that plainly than promise a date we have not earned yet.
