What it costs

Two fixed prices stated up front. The build is priced once it's clear what has to be built.

The first conversation is free and commits you to nothing. Only if you then decide to go on does Discovery start, and the price below applies.

The two fixed steps

The first two paid steps have a fixed price, so you know what you are committing to before anything is designed. Only these two carry a fixed amount: phases three to six fall together under the build, and Operations sits outside all of it.

• Discovery: €1,500. Fixed fee, over a bounded period.
• Blueprint: €2,500. Fixed fee, and it follows Discovery.

In Discovery we map, in a structured way, which activities you carry out day to day, what information they need, and where you are currently the link between your own systems. You get the Discovery Report: our understanding of your situation, with the points you confirm or correct. The Blueprint is a separate decision after that, and does not follow automatically.

The Blueprint is the design of your AI Workspace: which activities get connected, what information and rules belong with them, which existing tools take part, and where your approval stays required.

What the build costs

The build is a materially larger step than these two. What it costs depends on what the Blueprint calls for: how many activities get tied together, which connections that needs, and how much of it you want to delegate. That differs per business.

Once the Blueprint is agreed and we have scoped with you what each part must do, you get a price indication with amounts, substantiated per part. Anything not settled at that point is shown as exactly that. We would rather name no figure than one we cannot yet stand behind.

Operations

Operations is not a subscription or a retainer. It's billed per occasion, only when you ask for it, for instance when new people join or your way of working changes.

Why it's set up this way

Because the steps are priced separately, you decide after each one whether to go on. That way you commit three times instead of seven: Discovery, then Blueprint, then Build. What a step produces is delivered to you and stays with you, even if you stop there.
