Clear prices, fixed where we can be. You know what each step costs before you agree to it.

We price by the same phases you see in The Method. The first two steps have a fixed price. The build depends on what you need, so it starts from a set figure and grows with the work. Operations is optional, and you only pay for it when you use it.

Discovery: €1,500

The first conversation and the honest picture that comes out of it. One fixed price, whatever your setup looks like.

Blueprint: €2,500

The full design of your workspace: structure, rules, and habits, agreed with you before anything is built. One fixed price.

Build: from €2,000

Building the workspace and the specific tools and connections your Blueprint calls for. It starts at €2,000 and rises with how much custom work you need. We agree the scope with you first, so the price holds. This covers phases 3 to 6 of the Method.

Operations: €750 per half-day

An occasional check-in when something real changes. You book it by the half-day, only when you want it. It's optional, and never a standing retainer.

What you can expect
