The problem
You probably already have email, a calendar, documents, spreadsheets, and one or more business applications. You may use ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot as well. Even so, you are still the one tying the work together. You go looking for where something is, retype data from one system into another, dig up what was agreed before, prepare documents, book an appointment, and keep track of what is still open.
That isn't a tool problem. Each of those tools does what it promises on its own. What's missing is an environment that knows which information sits where, which rules apply to your work, and which step follows from the last one. Until that exists, you stay the link between your own systems.
